APPOINTMENTS & FEES
Appointments are scheduled at 15-minute intervals. Please let us know if the matter is urgent, or if you require a longer consultation, e.g. insurance medicals, check-ups, travel advice, counselling or if multiple problems are to be discussed.
If more than one person needs to be seen, separate appointments need to be booked. This helps us to keep appointments running to schedule. Emergency appointments will be accommodated on the day when possible.
Please call the practice if you're interested in registering as a patient of one of the tenant doctors at the practice, and our receptionists can advise if your doctor of choice is currently accepting new patients.
We're a private billing practice. The standard fees charged by our tenant doctors are listed below, however our tenant doctors have discretion to charge fees that differ from the standard fees.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please phone and let us know as early as possible, so that we can re-schedule and use your appointment for another patient. A non-attendance fee of $50 may be charged for non-attendance or cancellation within 4 hours of your appointment time.
